This is designed to help those businesses without a dedicated HR or recruitment
team or for those so overloaded that an extra pair of hands would really help. Horizon
evaluates and interviews the applicants, taking this time-consuming process off
your hands, even if the advert has already run.
With the introduction of this new service we aim to help our Clients to pursue their
own jobs, knowing that the CVs will be read and vetted, the candidates dealt with
efficiently and in a professional manner, and the Client only need give essential
time to the procedure.
